Lawyer Lorenzo Gadon says at least 2 justices of the Supreme Court may testify against Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno should the impeachment complaint he filed prosper.

Gadon told a press conference that both are male justices, “merong 2 justices ng Sc na willing magtestify di ko na lang papangalanan ngayon mismong kasamahan sa SC ipapasubpeona ko rin clerk of court, attorney te, iba pang may kinalaman sa travels and expenses and magmomove ako sa house na isubpoena sila”

Gadon added a 3rd justice, a female, may also testify. “meron nang mga tao na naghatid sa akin na pwede silang testigo. basat sa pagkakaalam ko sa ngayon2 are already willing to  isa lalake isa lalake din. lalake pareho. 3rd ko kung sakali babae yun ay mapipilitan siya if she will respect also the processes of the House.”

Gadon said aside from the testimony of the justices, his complaint will also delve into Sereno’s SALN for misdeclaration, the same offense that got Sereno’s predecessor Renato Corona ousted by the Senate. Gadon explains Sereno’s SALN has discerpancies arising from her professional fees as a lawyer in the PIATCO case against the government over NAIA 3. “malaki discrepancy sa SALN ay yung talagang natanggap niya na fees from the PIATCO cases kasi ang reporetd lamang don ay naging issue ng case sa Mandaluyong  RTC  na 15M  the judge RTC judge declared that the fees of 15M is excessive and uncosncionable this is on record. they appealed it to the CA. matindi diyan di lang pala 1M yun 15M  lang yung nabanggit sa case pero its more than that  its more than 30M.  fees sa kaniya bilang lawyer when she was still not a member of the SC”

Gadon says that Sereno’s SALNs would be released to him by the court, along with the travel records and expenses for  vehicle purchase. “yung SALN from 2010 to 2017 including original and revised magandang ebidensiya yun pinapareleased din sa akin list of ravels and list of persons who accompanied her and list of hotels rates, receipts pertaining to travels. ipoporove ko na very lavish ang kaniyang lifestyle”

Gadon already got Court approval for access to certified true copies of  some documents  mentioned in his complaint. “ originally i asked for 22 documents the SC granted , out of the 22 documents i requested the SC  granted the reelase of 20 documents with such speedy dispatch”

Gadon points out some of the documents released by the SC to him are confidential in nature.  “even those some would say are confidential records of the Sc pati yun pinaparelease except for the minutes of the exec session taking up the issues brought up by justice de castro doon sa latest violation na ginawa ni justice sereno since yun ay pendi pa issue is pending pa”

Gadon said his complaint could have had as many as 42 congressmen endorsing his complaint on Wednesday night had he been able to file it earlier in the day. However, the rest had gone home by the time he actually filed.  “they expected me kasi to bring the complaint around 330pm we noticed some defect in the verification portion of the endorsement form that will be signed. ang nangyari tinanggal pa namin yun…i replaced them.  yung 25 nakapagpirma the other night 42 expressed their intention to sign”

Gadon also revealed that the complaint could have easily gathered the 98 encorsers needed to fastr track the transmittal of the complaint to the Senate for trial. “ actually target talaga diyan is around  98  and according to my discussions with the congressmen that ive been coordinating with they can easily get that number pero mukha yatang gusto muna nila dumaan ito sa house cmte on rules and sa justice cmte kaya mangyayari hindi muna nila ipapirma yung 98 gusto nilang dumaan sa committee muna”

Gadon explains the wisdom behind having the complaint go through deliberations in the House. for one, it will help gather more evidence. “ because some of the documents that are needed ares till with the SC mukhang papasubpoena nila iba pati BIR documents kaya kailangan dumaan muna sa House committee on justice.
